Her Vitals is a UK women's life-stage health and supplement authority. What we cover

We curate and review existing branded supplements across the stages women move through: trying to conceive, pregnancy, postnatal, perimenopause, menopause and the senior years. For each, we explain what the evidence supports, what it does not, and how the better-known products compare.

How we work

Our reviews are written in plain English and grounded in guidance from bodies such as EFSA, the NHS and NICE. We are clear about the limits of supplements and about when something needs a GP, pharmacist or other registered clinician rather than a product off a shelf.

How we are funded

We earn affiliate commission on some of the products we link to, at no extra cost to you. What we feature is decided on the evidence, not on which retailer pays the most. We do not take payment for a favourable review.
