Privacy policy

Her Vitals is mainly an information and review website: we run no contact or sign-up forms, and the only data we process from browsing is anonymous analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you buy an own-brand product, we process your order details to fulfil it. We do not sell data. This page explains who is responsible, how our affiliate links and own-brand orders work, and what your rights are.

Who operates this site

Her Vitals is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16833937), registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex, CO9 4EB. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC151816 and is the data controller for this site. Her Vitals is an independent editorial and information service, not a clinic, pharmacy or prescriber.

What we collect

We do not collect names, email addresses or any personal details, because there are no forms or sign-ups. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which reviews are read and where people get stuck. These collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, with IP addresses anonymised. We use this only to improve the content. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works the same.

Affiliate links

Some links on Her Vitals may be affiliate or referral links. If you click one and buy or sign up, the retailer or provider may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. The retailer sets its own cookies and handles your data under its own privacy policy, not ours; we do not pass your details to it. Our own income also includes our own-brand supplements (see below and how we are funded).

Own-brand orders

If you buy one of our own-brand products, that is a direct order with us, not an affiliate click-through: we (Best Business Loans Ltd) are the trader and the checkout is provided by Shopify, our payment and order processor. We see your order details (name, delivery address, items ordered) so we and our supply partner can fulfil and dispatch the order; we do not see or store your full card details, which Shopify's payment processor handles directly. We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. See our terms, delivery and returns pages for how orders and cancellation work.

Cookies and consent

Analytics run only after you accept them, using Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics and advertising signals denied until you choose. You can change your mind by clearing cookies in your browser to be asked again. See the cookies page for detail.

International transfers

Some of our processors (for example Cloudflare, Google and, depending on region, our database and email providers) may process personal data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, together with appropriate technical safeguards, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase any personal data, and to object to processing. As we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to act on, but you can still contact us with any concern. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Contact

For any data protection question, email hello@hervitals.co.uk or write to the registered office above. See also the contact page.
