How we are funded
Her Vitals is an independent editorial site whose stated model is affiliate commission: we plan to earn a fee when a reader buys a product we link to, at no extra cost to them. In practice, right now, no affiliate tracking links are live anywhere on the site, so we are not currently earning any commission from Her Vitals. This page explains exactly what is and is not switched on today, so it stays accurate rather than aspirational.
Who operates this site
Her Vitals is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16833937), registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex, CO9 4EB. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC151816. Best Business Loans Ltd also operates other independent sites, including MerchantHQ; each is run as its own editorial or lead-generation service. Her Vitals itself is an independent editorial and information service, not a clinic, pharmacy or prescriber.
What is live today
Her Vitals currently has no lead forms, no sign-ups and no paid placements of any kind. Where a review names a specific branded product, the "check price" style link on that card points to one of our own guides or comparison pages rather than to a retailer, because no affiliate or tracking link has been wired in yet. That means no purchase made after visiting Her Vitals currently earns us anything. We would rather say that plainly than leave an old disclosure line implying an income we do not yet have.
What we intend to do
The site is built to run on affiliate commission once retailer links are in place: a reader clicks through to buy a product from a named UK retailer, and we may earn a small commission on that sale, at no extra cost to the reader. When a link like that goes live, the product card will carry a real "check price at [retailer]" link marked as a sponsored link, and the site-wide affiliate disclosure bar will apply to it. Until then, the bar and this page exist to set expectations honestly rather than to describe an arrangement that is already running.
What would never change
When affiliate links do go live, which retailer or brand pays a commission will not decide what we feature or how we grade the evidence. Our reviews are written against guidance from bodies such as the NHS, NICE and EFSA, and a product's evidence grading comes from that, not from a payout. We do not accept payment for a favourable review, and we do not run sponsored content or paid rankings.
Keeping this page accurate
If our funding position changes, for example when the first affiliate link goes live, we will update this page the same day rather than leave it describing a past or future state as if it were current. If you think anything here is out of date, email hello@hervitals.co.uk and we will check and correct it.
